ZAMAN FOUNDATION JOB OPPORTUNITY: MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICER

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Job Location:

  • 21 Waris Road, Lahore

Requirements:

  • Strong investigative skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in data entry tasks
  • Experience in the NGO sector and project management is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data and generate high-quality reports highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations for program improvement
  • Compile monitoring findings after visits and prepare reports for project/program focal and line managers
  • Collaborate with project staff to develop the framework for project monitoring and evaluation systems, including reporting requirements
  • Monitor project implementation plans to document performance systematically
  • Conduct quarterly program performance reviews and learning sessions with program staff and stakeholders
  • Physically audit activities and conduct visits to homes and fields
