Job Title: Sr. Manager Human Resources

Position Description: As a Senior Manager Human Resources at VITAL PAKISTAN TRUST, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organization’s HR strategy and practices. We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can lead and coordinate various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, and organization development. You will be expected to endorse and implement best HR practices to support our progressive team.
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on HR matters.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding. Ensure a diverse and skilled talent pool to meet the organization’s needs.
- Performance Management: Design and manage performance appraisal systems to facilitate continuous improvement. Support managers in providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees.
- Employee Development: Identify training and development needs within the organization. Implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Address employee concerns, disputes, and grievances effectively and in accordance with company policies.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while staying compliant with relevant labor laws.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and ethical standards.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Implement HR analytics to track and report key HR metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Change Management: Lead HR initiatives to manage organizational change effectively, including restructuring, mergers, or cultural shifts.
- MBA/Masters in Human Resources or a relevant field.
- HR certifications would be a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience.
- At least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistan’s labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
Reporting: This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.
