Position Available: Assistant Manager – Organizational Development

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Research and Develop Content: Explore and conduct research to develop content supporting organizational development strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Data Analysis in HR: Perform data analysis in HR, identifying trends and insights crucial for informing Organizational Development (OD) initiatives and process improvements.
  • HR Process Automation: Assist in HR process automation, including user acceptance testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
  • Findings Presentation: Prepare and present findings to HR leadership, contributing to decision-making processes and enhancing OD initiatives, processes, and programs.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in research, content design, and data analysis (preferable).

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
