DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for receiving, entering and scouting mail for further process.

  • Ensure timely collection of data from schools through areas for all Faculty awards.
  • Support in hiring of teachers and ensure that CV database being maintained within schools.
  • Prepare monthly & quarterly school staff allowances reports.
  • Review and resolve pending issues.
  • Timely follow-up with area offices on various matters.
  • Maintain updated CV database for the hiring of Principals & Teachers.
  • Facilitate the line manager in the hiring process and participate in different regional activities.
  • Perform other HR related tasks assigned by the manager as and when required.

  • Alumni Community Nurturing: Foster a sense of belonging and connection among alumni by nurturing the alumni community with chapters or representation in TCF schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Mentorship and Guidance Networks: Collaborate with volunteers to align them with alumni at different stages in their journey, creating extended mentorship and guidance networks.
  • Scholarship Success Oversight: Oversee the success of alumni on TCF scholarships across different programs, ensuring their academic and professional achievements.
  • Outreach and Communication: Assist with outreach and communication efforts for scholarship programs, raising awareness and promoting opportunities for alumni.
