Job Description: Elevating HR Operational Excellence

Are you ready to embark on a dynamic career path in Human Resources Operations? In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring the consistent delivery of HR back-office and local business services to all stakeholders. Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating with local HR teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support the complete employee lifecycle while maintaining strict adherence to company policies, labor laws, and position management principles.

Key Responsibilities HR Employee Services Executive :

  1. Service Excellence: Guarantee a uniform service delivery of HR operations back-office and local business services to all relevant parties.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with local HR and COEs to support employees throughout their lifecycle, while upholding company policies, labor laws, and position management principles.
  3. Workflow Management: Maintain efficient workflows and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with other HR workstreams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  4. Audit Support: Provide assistance for HR audits and visits, ensuring compliance and adherence to best practices.
  5. Global Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Global Compliance Standards (GCS) to maintain the highest ethical and legal standards.

Employee Services

  • Centralized E-filing Administration and P-file document updates.
  • Onboarding of new hires onto various HR systems (L01/L05).
  • Oversee employee exit management and clearance process, including generating resignation letters upon request.
  • Administer HR letters for ad hoc requests (e.g., visa, allowances).

Talent Acquisition

  • Organize and conduct recruitment drives for Levels L05 and below.
  • Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding support for locations, including offer letter creation, background verification, and more.

Total Reward

  • Provide payroll-related inputs, including time and attendance, overtime, and one-time payments.
  • Assist in benefits and loans enrollment.
  • Handle Benefits Tier 1 queries.
  • Support renewal and termination of third-party contracts for contingent labor.
  • Calculate third-party incentives and allowances.
  • Ensure timely third-party payroll processing.

OD and TM Support

  • Support Performance Management Programs (PMP) for all phases.
  • Aid in Core People Process rollouts, including on-ground survey administration.
  • Provide logistical support for learning initiatives, including venue organization and vendor coordination.
  • Organize and administer Code of Conduct (CoC) training.
  • Support HR events, including Rewards and Recognition and HR Townhalls.

Time Capture

  • Act as the system administrator for Time & Attendance systems.
  • Ensure monthly shift roster uploads and approvals.
  • Manage time and attendance inputs for payroll.
  • Coordinate with vendors for payment calculations.
  • Validate vendor invoices and facilitate processing.

HR Ops and Service Delivery

  • Play an integral role in BU HR Ops team projects.
  • Act as a focal point for accounts HR operations.
  • Manage reporting repositories for accounts deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and digitization.
  • Handle accounts queries according to agreed SLAs and channels.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, 1-3 years of professional experience in HR, with a preference for HR ops experience.
  • Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivering an exceptional employee experience.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively amidst conflicting priorities and ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and interfaces is a plus.
