Position: Service Ambassador

Job Summary: As a Service Ambassador, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer service at our bank branches. Your primary responsibility will be to create a congenial environment in the branch, facilitating positive interactions between customers and bank staff. You will greet and welcome all walk-in customers, address their queries, provide information about banking services, and guide them through various request processes. Your exemplary communication and interpersonal skills will help you effectively manage customer traffic and ensure that all customers are served within defined service timelines. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creative and innovative ideas to enhance service delivery further.

Service Ambassador at UBL Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and welcome walk-in customers, making them feel valued and respected from the moment they step into the branch.
  • Address customer queries and provide comprehensive information on various banking services and policies, ensuring they are well-informed about their options.
  • Assist customers in filling out deposit slips and other request forms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
  • Collect customer request forms and hand them over to the relevant officer for processing, diligently tracking the status and ensuring timely completion.
  • Maintain the waiting area, ensuring it is well-stocked with informative brochures, deposit slips, and other request forms.
  • Engage in friendly interactions with customers in the waiting area, making their experience at the branch pleasant and comfortable.
  • Efficiently manage customer traffic within the branch, directing them to the appropriate counters and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Handle end-to-end customer complaints following established guidelines, striving for swift resolutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional units within the bank to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive customer experience.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to assist customers with registrations, lead generation, and referrals to branch staff for various banking products and services.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve service delivery, seeking innovative solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Promote a positive image of the bank and maintain professionalism even in stressful situations.

Service Ambassador Skills and Qualifications:
