Job Overview: As the Regional Sales Manager for Mario’s, you will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities in the Islamabad region. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the fast-paced FMCG sector.
- Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, ensuring the achievement of revenue and market share goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges. Utilize insights to develop effective sales strategies.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers. Foster partnerships to enhance the brand’s presence in the region.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Provide guidance and support for professional development.
