1. AVP/Manager, MIS & Applications (01)
Qualification: MCS, MIT / 4 years Bachelor’s Degree, or relevant Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from an HEC recognized University.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Age Limit: 30-40 years

2. Officer, System Administrator (OG-II OG-III) (01)
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS from an HEC recognized University. Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.
Age Limit: 21-35 years

Positions for I.T. Division

Skills Required:

  • Responsible for the development, configuration, and maintenance of all banking applications.
  • Conduct testing, provide support, and ensure the availability of applications to LAN & WAN Users.
  • Manage software updates on application servers.
  • Oversee successful UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of all applications.
  • Implement Access Control List & Roles for access to applications.
  • Handle Change Management Request forms for software applications.
  • Maintain close liaison with application users & Vendors.
  • Ensure timely compliance with system-generated MIS requirements of the bank and SBP (State Bank of Pakistan).
  • Develop customized system-generated reports as per business requirements using Software Applications.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server preferred.
  • Experience with Auto Banker Application will be an advantage.

Additional Skills Required for System Administrator:

  • Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows Server, Exchange server).
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Experience with protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

AVP/Manager, Database Administrator-SQL Server (01)

Skills Required:

  • Qualification: MCS, MIT / 4 years Bachelor’s Degree, or a relevant Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from an HEC recognized University.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain database servers and processes.
  • Monitor system health and performance.
  • Ensure a high level of performance, availability, sustainability, and security.
  • Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time.
  • Provide suggestions for solutions.
  • Refine and automate regular processes.
  • Track issues and document changes.
  • Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement.
  • Develop queries and update databases.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and support release development activities after working hours.

Other Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Service).
  • Familiarity with Crystal Reports.
  • Ability to write scripts/stored procedures and create indexes with a strong knowledge base.
  • Build database systems with high availability and quality tailored to each end user’s specialized role.
  • Minimize database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses.
  • Conduct regular tests and evaluations to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity.
  • Monitor database performance, implement changes, and apply new patches and versions as required.
  • Manage database access and permissions, collaborating with applications/operational staff, IT project managers, and other technical personnel.
  • Monitor system performance and promptly address user-reported errors.
  • Protect the database against threats or unauthorized access.
  • Ensure adequate database backups and the ability to recover in case of data loss or disasters.
  • Report on metrics related to usage and performance.
  • Propose changes and improvements for database maintenance and protection.

Positions in the Finance Division PPCBL

1. VP/Deputy Head, Budget, Tax & Expense Control (01)

Qualification: CA, ACMA, ACCA, MBA Finance (Relevant degree in Accounts & Finance).

Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years of experience in a bank or financial institution.

Age Limit: 35-50 years

2. VP/Deputy Head, Business Intelligence (01)

Qualification: MB-IT, MS-CS, MSC Data Sciences, MBA, relevant certifications.

Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 4 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.

Age Limit: 35-50 years

Skills Required for VP/Deputy Head, Budget, Tax & Expense Control:

  • Proficiency in Budgeting, Forecasting, ERP, Banking, Internal Control, Taxation.
  • Collaborate with the CFO in developing a comprehensive budgeting and forecasting model for the bank.
  • Prepare the annual operating budget and capital budget aligned with the bank’s business plan and strategy.
  • Present financial forecasts on a monthly basis, including budget variance analysis, product profitability analysis, and ratio analysis for higher management.
  • Conduct variance analysis on budgets and forecasts, presenting the analysis to the CFO and senior management.
  • Develop systems of internal control to ensure all bank expenditures (operating and capital) comply with policies and the approved budget.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the authorities.

Responsibilities for VP/Deputy Head, Business Intelligence:

  • Proficiency in SQL Data Modeling, Mining & Analysis, Programming Languages, Banking, Business Process Engineering.
  • Manage, develop, and lead a team of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence specialists and business analysts.
  • Drive a business intelligence roadmap by prioritizing analysis requests to meet the operational and strategic information needs of the bank.
  • Collaborate with different Divisions of the Bank to design and develop information management capabilities.
  • Customize all ETL processes as required and analyze all processes accordingly.
  • Analyze organizational processes and provide appropriate results.
  • Prepare data architecture, strategies, and business object solutions as needed.
  • Coordinate with Core Banking Application and other systems to ensure compliance with enterprise data standards.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the authorities.

Remuneration: The salary is negotiable and will be determined based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
