Team Lead – Talent Acquisition
- Lead the team to ensure that vacant positions are filled within the agreed Time-to-Fill, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of candidate pipelines to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Leverage various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events to increase our visibility and engagement within the talent community.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions and ensure the timely recruitment of top talent.
- Conduct competency-based interviews, negotiate salaries and prepare hiring approvals of the potential candidates to be hired after internal equity analysis.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Facilitate in the design of assessments and execution of Assessment Centers.
- Build relationship with the Placement Department of specific universities in coordination with the regional team to improve the outreach in difficult regions and areas.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of all necessary systems, procedures and policies for the Recruitment process.
- Coordinate with Regional Teams to ensure regional positions are timely filled.
- Assist the line manager in different projects as and when required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong relationship building, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Multi-tasker with a zeal for taking initiatives.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to lead & manage the team effectively.
Masters/Bachelors in relevant discipline
4-5 years of relevant experience
