DESCRIPTION

  • Lead the team to ensure that vacant positions are filled within the agreed Time-to-Fill, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of candidate pipelines to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events to increase our visibility and engagement within the talent community.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions and ensure the timely recruitment of top talent.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews, negotiate salaries and prepare hiring approvals of the potential candidates to be hired after internal equity analysis.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate in the design of assessments and execution of Assessment Centers.
  • Build relationship with the Placement Department of specific universities in coordination with the regional team to improve the outreach in difficult regions and areas.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of all necessary systems, procedures and policies for the Recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with Regional Teams to ensure regional positions are timely filled.
  • Assist the line manager in different projects as and when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and analytics tools.
