Position: Program Manager Women Well-Being
- Master’s degree, MBA, or M.Phil. from an HEC recognized institute.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Supervision of Advanced Diploma Family in the 21st Century: This role involves overseeing various aspects of the Advanced Diploma Family program, including admissions, visiting faculty coordination, assessment, results management, internship coordination, and research initiatives.
- Teaching Responsibilities: The Program Manager will teach at least one course within the Advanced Diploma Family in the 21st Century program.
- Course Development: Launching new courses and supervising the Post Graduate Diploma in Family Studies & Counseling Skills.
- Curriculum Design: Designing and developing the curriculum for certificate courses, including Parenting, and other proposed courses related to Family Studies.
- Academic Support: Assisting in developing the curriculum for MS and BS programs in Family Studies.
- Conference Management: Assisting in arranging national and international conferences on family-related issues.
- Research Support: Assisting in establishing a Research Cell for Women and Family, including the collection of related materials.
