Terms & Conditions of Child Protection Jobs

We are committed to conducting a fair and transparent selection process for our available positions. To ensure equal opportunities and adhere to government policies, the following terms and conditions will apply:

  1. Merit-Based Selection: The selection process will be solely based on merit, considering regional/provincial quotas. Women, minorities, and disabled candidates will have a 10%, 5%, and 2% quota respectively, in accordance with government policy.
  2. Application Process: Interested candidates are required to apply online through the National Job Portal at www.njp.gov.pk within 15 days from the publication date of the advertisement. Applications submitted by post or hand delivery will not be entertained.
  3. Advertisement Access: The advertisement can be accessed and downloaded from the official website of the Ministry of Human Rights: www.mohr.gov.pk.
  4. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the written test/interview. Eligible candidates will receive notifications for the test/interview through post or their provided email addresses.
  5. Current Government Employees: Candidates who are currently employed in government service should apply through the proper channel. A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective organizations is required, clearly stating their length of service and other pertinent details.
  6. Document Verification: Original documents must be presented during the interview. Candidates who are already employed in government service must also furnish an original NOC from their respective departments/organizations.
  7. Age Relaxation: General age relaxation of up to 5 years will be granted as per the rules. Specific relaxation in the upper age limit will also be provided as per the regulations.
  8. Travel Allowance/Day Allowance: No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided to candidates appearing for the test/interview.
  9. Multiple Applications: If a candidate is interested in applying for more than one post, separate applications must be submitted for each position.
  10. Authority’s Discretion: The competent authority retains the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without providing any explanation or reason.
