NOW HIRING: ASSISTANT SALES OFFICER/ SALES OFFICER

Berger Paints Pakistan Limited, a prominent player in the paint manufacturing industry in Pakistan, is seeking the services of a dynamic and self-motivated individual for the following role:

Position: Assistant Sales Officer/ Sales Officer

Qualification: Bachelors

Experience: Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the paint or chemical industry will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities for Assistant Sales Officer/ Sales Officer at Berger Paints:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their needs.
  2. Sales Targets:
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective planning, coordination, and execution of sales strategies.
    • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.
  3. Market Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
    • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
  4. Product Knowledge:
    • Develop a deep understanding of Berger Paints’ product line and effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
    • Provide product training to retailers and assist in merchandising activities to enhance product visibility.
  5. Order Processing:
    • Handle order processing, ensuring accuracy in documentation and timely delivery to customers.
    • Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain team to manage inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
  6. Sales Reporting:
    • Generate regular sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.
    • Present sales forecasts and performance metrics to the management team for strategic decision-making.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach in achieving overall organizational goals.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing sales and customer satisfaction.
  8. Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant documentation.
  9. Continuous Learning:
    • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative sales techniques.
    • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance professional development and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  10. Problem Resolution:
    • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
    • Provide feedback to the management team regarding recurring challenges and suggest improvements.
