Join Our Team: Manager ADC Technical & Digital Position Available.

Qualifications:

– Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a HEC-recognized institute.
– Required Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the relevant field.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end process of ADC services, overseeing Card Generation, SMS, IVR, MB/IB, and MPG Raast within the core banking system.
Provide expert technical support for the bank’s ADC products and services.
Coordinate with core banking vendors and other technology partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ADC services.
Handle operational support duties and daily routine tasks associated with ADC services.
Collaborate with ATM vendors, overseeing the installation, movement, and placement of ATMs to ensure maximum uptime.
Investigate and address ADC-related complaints, coordinating resolutions with all stakeholders.
Assist other departments in User Acceptance Testing (UATS) and implementing updates for ADC systems.
Review and prepare ADC transactions and ATM reports for submission to relevant departments.
Manage change requests for new updates or bug fixes in ADC systems.
Oversee project management for all new ADC and digital banking services.

Core Competencies:
Strong knowledge and understanding of Alternate Delivery Channels, including ATM, SMS Banking, IVR, IB/MB, ISO Message Format, Card Management, 1link, Middleware, Card Schemes, MPG Raast, and Open API.
Thorough understanding of banking operations.
Strong interpersonal skills.
