Call Centre Officer Batch – 2023
Location: Karachi & Multan, Pakistan
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- 2 years’ age relaxation for:
- Hafiz-e-Quran candidates

Job Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative at Meezan Bank, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and assistance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing prompt and courteous customer service through various communication channels such as phone, chat, and more.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting customer complaints related to products and services, addressing concerns effectively.
- Collaborating with higher-level support teams when necessary to resolve complex issues.
