  2. Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business growth targets.
  3. Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure seamless banking operations and service delivery to clients.
  4. Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for business development.
  5. Mentor and guide team members to achieve individual and team performance objectives.
  6. Maintain a deep understanding of the banking industry, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in Consumer Banking, Corporate Banking, and/or Banking Operations.
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing business relationships in the banking sector.
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
