  2. Remote Monitoring

    • Leverage your minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field of Remote Monitoring to oversee and manage our remote monitoring operations.
    • Implement and maintain state-of-the-art remote monitoring systems, ensuring real-time surveillance and data collection from multiple sources.
    • Analyze data collected from remote monitoring systems to identify trends, anomalies, and potential security or operational risks.
    • Develop and implement risk assessment protocols to proactively identify and mitigate vulnerabilities and security threats to our remote monitoring systems.
    • Collaborate with cyber security experts to ensure robust protection of data and infrastructure against potential cyber threats.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Quality/Customer Experience within the banking industry, showcasing a track record of improving customer satisfaction and service standards.
  • OR Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field of Remote Monitoring, demonstrating expertise in managing remote monitoring systems and ensuring data integrity.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the banking industry, customer journey, and banking regulations.
