Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

As an HR Specialist at MISR EMIRATES LIFE TAKAFUL – SALAMA, your responsibilities will include a diverse range of human resources functions aimed at fostering a positive work environment, supporting talent development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. The key responsibilities for this role are as follows:

1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection and onboarding of new employees.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners as needed.

2. Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting effective communication, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee concerns.
  • Conduct employee surveys or feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Advise and assist management in implementing employee engagement initiatives.

3. Performance Management:

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of performance management programs.
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and establishing development plans.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans as needed.

4. HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.
  • Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and recommend updates to HR policies as needed.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate employees on HR policies and procedures.

5. Training and Development:

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

6. HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HR information systems (HRIS).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
