As a Cashier Receptionist at USEA Pakistan, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the assigned point of sale (POS). Your responsibilities will include handling financial transactions, interacting with customers, and providing administrative support. - Operate Point of Sale (POS): You will be responsible for efficiently handling transactions through the assigned POS system, ensuring accuracy in processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Financial Tracking: Keeping track of payments and receipts will be a part of your daily tasks. You will also issue invoices to clients, maintaining meticulous records.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports detailing sales and transactions. This information is crucial for managerial decision-making.
- Retail Module Usage: Post daily sales accurately in the AXD retail module and perform reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally. You will also assist them with paperwork as needed.
- Inventory Support: Collaborate with your supervisor to assist in inventory management. Cross-check and conduct spot checks as instructed to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Education and Experience: A minimum of 14 years of education is preferred, ideally in the field of finance. Candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience or 12 years of education with 7 years of experience will also be considered.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential. Additionally, knowledge of local languages is advantageous.
