Position Overview: As a District Operations Manager, you will be a key player in our mission to elevate service standards, optimize operations, and drive customer engagement. Digital Banking Advocacy: Lead the charge in promoting the adoption of digital banking channels among customers. Empower branch staff to educate customers about the benefits of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM Services, and other UBL omni channel options.
Audit Excellence: Champion efforts to improve audit ratings across branches. Your commitment to operational processes and compliance will help us maintain the highest standards.
ATM Operations Leadership: Ensure round-the-clock functionality of ATMs within the district. Your vigilance will contribute to uninterrupted service availability for our valued customers.
Elevated Ambiance: Create a positive customer experience by ensuring branch cleanliness and ambiance. A pleasant environment goes a long way in enhancing customer satisfaction.
Cash Management Mastery: Manage cash operations with precision to minimize cash holdings and avoid penalties. Your expertise will contribute to efficient cash flow management across various locations.
Dashboard Dynamics: Implement a robust daily monitoring system at the district level. Collaborate with branches to rectify outstanding exceptions and alerts, maintaining a high scorecard weight-age.
Revenue Safeguarding: Uphold the bank’s Schedule of Charges with utmost diligence. Your attention to detail will prevent any loss or leakage of income.
SOP Adherence: Ensure all branches follow the bank’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining consistency and compliance across the district.
Talent Management: Inspire and hold direct reports accountable for nurturing customer relationships and growing business volume. Deploy skilled staff based on capacity planning, bridge skill gaps, and facilitate essential training.
Innovative Service Delivery: Collaborate with the District Sales Manager to stay ahead of evolving service needs. Drive proactive adjustments in branch service delivery and promote alternate service channels.
Productivity Focus: Optimize staffing levels to exceed service benchmarks and enhance productivity. Manage the district budget linked to service delivery, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Regulatory Compliance: Demonstrate unwavering commitment to adhering to the bank’s and State Bank of Pakistan’s regulations, upholding the highest ethical standards.
Security Prowess: Implement robust security policies and measures, contributing to a safe and secure banking environment for customers and staff.
Performance Excellence: Conduct fair and timely performance evaluations for operations staff. Participate in recruitment processes and provide valuable insights for employee appraisals.
Branch Enhancement: Conduct surprise checks, branch visits, and ensure comprehensive verification of checklists. Your attention to detail will contribute to the smooth functioning of branches.
Leadership Impact: Lead and supervise a dedicated team of customer service staff, inspiring excellence and fostering a culture of growth.
Sharia Compliance: Drive the effective implementation of Sharia compliance across branches. Embrace Sharia training’s and adhere to dress code policies in alignment with Sharia guidelines.
Scorecard Triumph: Motivate branches to achieve outstanding results on the scorecard and key performance indicators.
5-7 years of experience in banking operations, with proven expertise in branch management.
Strong knowledge of digital banking trends, operational processes, and regulatory compliance.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving teams towards success.
