Job Details:

As the Manager Workplace Experience, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Effective Business Support: Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are met, and strategic objectives are realized as planned.
  • Facilitating Communication: Acting as a liaison between concerned stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, prompt query resolution, and the timely delivery of results and planned initiatives.
  • Project Management: Overseeing and monitoring the progress of various Innovation and Financial Inclusion projects, aligning them with the strategic plan to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
  • Learning and Development: Conducting learning needs analysis with the support of the Learning and Development (L&D) team and maintaining proactive communication with all Department Heads to facilitate effective planning and execution of learning initiatives for all staff.

Location: Karachi

Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management Science or a related field.

Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant banking experience.

Description
Accountability 1

  • Work autonomously and provide effective business support to meet the business requirements to ensure that all strategic objectives are achieved as planned
Accountability 2

  • Liaise between concerned stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, prompt resolution of all queries and effective and timely delivery of results/planned initiatives
Accountability 3

  • Arrange and manage meetings on behalf of Chief Innovation & Financial Inclusion Officer and where appropriate take minutes of meetings for proper record and ensure to monitor progress on accomplishments through necessary follow ups
Accountability 4

  • Manage and monitor the progress of various I&FI projects in line with I&FI strategic plan to ensure achievement of short/long term goals
Accountability 5

  • Conduct learning needs analysis with the support of L&D team and maintain proactive liaison with all Department Heads to allow appropriate planning and execution of learning for all staff.
Accountability 6

  • Managing Dolmen Sky Tower (I&FI) premises with coordination of Dolmen team to facilitate day to day business activities, events, guest management etc.
Accountability 7

  • Work autonomously with HR Function for staff related matters (Hiring’s, Employee On-Boarding, Orientations, Leave and Attendance Management) to meet business teams requirements and to ensure employees queries/issues are resolved.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science or related field(s).

 

Minimum experience: 

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
