  • Holistic Approach: Act as a single point of contact for customer communication, audits, CAPA assurance, and projects focusing on product and process improvements.
  • Product Development: Engage right from the product development stage to ensure the flawless execution of certified products.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work collaboratively with internal and external teams, including Planning and Product Development, to define, organize, and lead various improvement projects for Manufacturing Excellence and Quality Culture.
  • Standardization: Ensure standardization of Quality Assurance operations, methods, techniques, SOPs, work instructions, and procedures within your domain.
  • Resource Development: Oversee resource development, training, assessments, and team collaboration within your purview.
  • Inspection Optimization: Assure that internal and external inspections meet optimal standards across your domain.
  • CAPA and RCA Management: Review, implement, and control Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) along with Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Customer Focus: Fulfill pre and post-activities of customer audits, ensuring compliance with their requirements.
