Requirements: Educational Background: Graduation/Master’s degree (Preferably in Marketing). Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the digital onboarding process for new customers.
  • Attract new-to-bank (NTB) resident Pakistani clients through digital onboarding channels.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans.
  • Possess a solid understanding of market variables and customer needs.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns to attract potential customers and assist with online account setup.
  • Address customer inquiries related to digital onboarding.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets to meet monthly goals.
  • Profile customers and recommend financial products to meet their needs.
  • Execute marketing activities to increase volumes and foster relationships to expand banking facilities.

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong sales and relationship management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the banking system, policies, procedures, and products.
