NTDC Position Details

1. Assistant Manager (Legal) (BPS-17):

The Assistant Manager (Legal) is responsible for providing legal expertise and guidance to the organization.

The ideal candidate is a Law Graduate with a minimum of five (05) years of practice. They will be tasked with handling legal matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing the organization in legal proceedings when required.

This position requires a strong understanding of laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. One position each is available for Punjab Open and Sindh Rural/Urban candidates.

2. Assistant Manager (Civil) (BPS-17):

The Assistant Manager (Civil) is required to have a B.E/B.Sc in Engineering (Civil) with a 1st Division or a 2.5 or above CGPA from HEC recognized universities, along with valid PEC registration.

This role involves overseeing civil engineering projects, ensuring their successful execution, and maintaining the structural integrity of infrastructure.

The candidate will collaborate with project teams, supervise construction activities, and ensure adherence to engineering standards. Positions are available through Open Merit and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa quotas.

3. Assistant Manager (Corporate Accounts) (BPS-17):

Candidates applying for the Assistant Manager (Corporate Accounts) position must hold either a CA (Inter), CMA (Inter), or ACCA (Member) qualification,

M.Com/MBA (Finance) (18 years of education),

M.Com/MBA (Finance)/B.Com (Hons)/BBA (Hons)/BSBA (16 years of education) with at least 02 years of post-qualification experience in Audit & Accounts.

This role involves managing corporate financial matters, overseeing accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Strong accounting knowledge, audit skills, and computer literacy are essential. Positions are available for Punjab Open and Punjab Women candidates.

4. Assistant Manager (Audit) OR Audit Officer (BPS-17):

This role requires candidates to meet one of the following criteria:

a) Successful completion of the Subordinate Accounts Service Examination of Govt. Accounts Department, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Audit and Accounts.

b) Passing the Intermediate/Formation Exam of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or the first three parts of the Institute of Cost & Management Accounts.

c) Holding an M.Com/MBA (Major in Finance) with 2 years of experience, or a B.Com with 5 years of post-qualification experience in Audit and Accounts.

This role involves reviewing financial records, conducting audits, and ensuring financial compliance. A position is available for Sindh Rural candidates.

5. Assistant Manager (Mechanical) (BPS-17):

The Assistant Manager (Mechanical) must possess a B.E/B.Sc in Engineering (Mechanical) with a 1st Division or a 2.5 or above CGPA from HEC recognized universities, along with valid PEC registration.

This role involves overseeing mechanical engineering projects, ensuring their successful execution, and maintaining the mechanical integrity of systems and equipment.

The candidate will collaborate with project teams, supervise installations, and ensure compliance with engineering standards. A position is available for Punjab Open candidates.

6. Assistant Manager (Human Resource) (BPS-17):

The Assistant Manager (Human Resource) must hold a Masters’s degree in HRM, MBA (preferably in HRM), MPA, MA (Economics) with a diploma in HRM, or LLB with a diploma in HRM.

This role involves managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.

Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams are required. A position is available for Sindh Urban candidates.

7. Assistant Manager (Security) (BPS-17):

The Assistant Manager (Security) position is open to retired officers of the Armed Forces with the rank of Captain/Lieutenant or equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in the security field.

This role involves overseeing and implementing security protocols, ensuring the safety of personnel and assets, and managing security-related operations.

This position requires leadership skills, security expertise, and the ability to make critical decisions to safeguard the organization.

Applicants must hold degrees or their equivalents recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Individuals awaiting their results are advised that they are not eligible to apply at NTDC.

During the initial application phase, photocopies of educational documents and experience certificates are not required.

To proceed, candidates should submit a test fee of Rs. 650/- (Rupees Six Hundred & fifty only) as stipulated by NTS.

Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for the subsequent test/interview stages by NTDC.

It is essential for candidates to present original documents, HEC-verified degrees, and certificates during the interview.

For any queries or concerns regarding the written test, provisional and final candidate lists, roll numbers, test centers, results, and more, candidates are encouraged to reach out to NTS.

NTDC includes a general age relaxation of five (05) years within the age limit. No further age relaxation will be granted, except for relaxation outlined at (Sr# ‘ix, x & xi’).

Furthermore, upper age limits are relaxed up to three (03) years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, the Buddhist Community, Recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas (Ex-FATA), Gilgit Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir.

NTDC and government employees with a continuous service record of two (02) years as of the application closing date are entitled to a relaxation of up to ten (10) years in the age limit. However, they must apply through the appropriate channels.

For the position listed at sr#8 (Assistant Manager – Security), candidates who are Released or Retired officers of the Armed Forces of Pakistan will receive an age relaxation of 15 years or the actual years served in the Armed Forces, whichever is shorter.

It is crucial to submit complete and accurate applications, as incomplete or inaccurate information will result in disqualification at any stage, including after employment.

Candidates who have been dismissed or debarred from future employment due to disciplinary reasons are not eligible to apply.

Positions under the stated BPS structure will be considered for regularization after successful completion of the contract period and upon demonstrating satisfactory performance as per established rules.

Selected candidates for these positions will be required to fulfill their duties anywhere in Pakistan as dictated by the Company’s needs.

Travel and accommodation allowances (TA/DA) will not be provided for the testing or interview processes.

NTDC  retains the right to adjust the number of posts or halt the recruitment process at any stage.

Candidates who do not possess the relevant qualifications or fulfill the specified criteria are not eligible to apply. Original documents, HEC-verified degrees, and certificates will be necessary during the interview phase. The Company’s policies and rules will determine the consideration of BPS-based positions for regularization.

  • Candidates may contact NTS for any query/enquiry regarding written test, display of provisional and final list of candidates, roll number
    slips, test centers, results etc.
  • Five (05) years general age relaxation has already been included in the age limit. No further age relaxation shall be granted except relaxation mentioned at (Sr# ‘ix, x & xi’)
  • Upper age limit is allowed / relaxed up to three (03) years to the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, Recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas (Ex-FATA), Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Kashmir.
  • NTDC/Government employees, who have completed two (02) years continuous service on the closing date of receipt of applications are allowed up to ten (10) years relaxation in the prescribed age limit. However, they shall apply through proper channel.
  • For position at sr#8 (Assistant Manager – Security), age relaxation of 15 years or the number of years actually served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan, whichever is less, will be granted to the Released or Retired officers of the Armed Forces of Pakistan.
    Where a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one category (instructions at Sr. ix, x & xi above), he / she shall be allowed relaxation in age only in ONE category.
    Incomplete applications or applications containing incorrect information shall be disqualified at any stage, even after employment with cost.
  • The candidates who have been weeded out of service on disciplinary ground as well as dismissed or debarred for future employment are not eligible to apply.
  • The stated BPS based positions will be considered for regularization after successful completion of the contract period and satisfactory performance as per rules.
  • Candidates, if selected against these positions will be required to perform duties anywhere in Pakistan as per requirement of the Company.
  • No TA/DA will be allowed to the candidates for Test or Interview.
  • NTDC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or withhold the recruitment process at any stage.
