  • Software Developer (2 Positions)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree (two years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer/Software Engineering (Second Division).
  • OR Bachelor’s degree (four years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer/Software Engineering (Second Division) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
  • Two years of post-qualification experience in public/private sector organizations with expertise in:
    • Angular 2+ with Typescript
    • MVC .Net, ASP .Net Core/C
    • SQL store procedure, Functions & Triggers
    • Entity Framework (EF) & EF Core

General Terms and Conditions:

  1. These positions are offered on a contract basis under the Government of Punjab.
  2. Age limit: 25-35 years. (Age relaxation for female candidates: 8 years, special/disabled persons: 15 years, and as per government policy for candidates already working in the public sector.)
  3. Service in a public sector organization will be deducted from the upper age limit.
  4. Transgender individuals are encouraged to apply.
  5. Only candidates with Punjab domicile are eligible.
  6. These vacancies are specific to the advertised posts and non-transferable.
  7. No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
  8. Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies should apply through the proper channel.
  9. The candidate’s age will be calculated on the last date of application submission.
  10. Submission of fake documents or concealment of facts will result in disqualification.
  11. Only degrees from HEC-recognized universities or reputed foreign universities with HEC equivalence will be considered.

  3. Pay the test fee through designated banks/ATMs/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/TCS Express Counters using the 20-digit invoice number from your fee slip. Only one bill invoice payment will be accepted.
  4. Ensure that all application requirements are met and submitted to NTS by September 25, 2023.
  5. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
  6. Eligible/shortlisted candidates will be informed of the written test/skill test date by NTS.
  7. Candidates must score at least 50% marks in the NTS test to qualify.
  8. In the case of a large number of qualifying candidates, the Appointing Authority reserves the right to set a threshold marks ratio.
